HongKong innovative Solutions for Stray Animal : TNR

Welcome to our website.!

Our headquarters is located in Shishi Mountain, China. We are dedicated to introducing the TNR policy of Hong Kong to you, hoping to help you and the people around you actively participate in the TNR policy of Hong Kong and jointly solve the problem of stray animals in Hong Kong. Let's work together to make contributions for animals and the community!

Empowering TNR Initiatives

Hong Kong implements a  strategy for stray animals through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) , primarily targeting stray cats and dogs. This policy aims to reduce the number of homeless animals while improving their welfare and minimizing public health risks.

  • Trap: Stray animals are humanely captured using baited cages.

  • Neuter: Captured animals are sterilized by licensed veterinarians, vaccinated against rabies and diseases, and often ear-tipped

  • Return: Healthy animals are returned to their original habitats after recovery

A Little game

1.The player competes against multiple AI. The player will act as the chief of an NGO, managing the NGO's regions, staff, and stray animals. At the same time, they need to deal with the competition from other NGOs in terms of resources and clients. "End Turn" will then transition to the next round.

2.Use the WASD keys to move the map. Clicking the blank area can stop the current operation.

3.The "settler" unit simulates the management of an NGO, allowing them to conduct publicity

The "worker" unit simulates the general staff of the NGO. In the game, they can capture or release stray animals
.
The neutral units (AI) imitate stray animals and can move, reproduce, and die after a specific round. The numbers represent the population of that area.
There are various resources "Resource" within the map squares. The training of NGO staff and the expansion of the scale (the number of enclosures) all require resources.

Your participation is of vital importance!
